How far in advance should I book? ▾
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, especially in summer (June–September) when tours fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
What is your cancellation policy? ▾
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour starts. For multiday packages, we ask for 72 hours notice. No payment is required at booking — you only pay on the day of the tour.
Do I need to pay anything to book? ▾
No — we don't require any upfront payment or credit card to secure your booking. You pay on the day of the tour, in cash or by card. For multiday packages we may ask for a small deposit.
What language are tours conducted in? ▾
All our tours are conducted in English. For specific tours we also offer Spanish and Italian — please mention your preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I customise a tour or package? ▾
Absolutely. We love building custom itineraries. Tell us your interests, travel dates, budget, and group size — and we'll put together something unique just for you. Contact us by WhatsApp or the form above.
Where do tours depart from? ▾
Most tours depart from Opera Palace in Tirana City Centre. Hotel pickup is available for an additional fee (typically €10/person). For activities like the Boat Trip, we'll transfer you to Vlora Port or the relevant location.
Do you offer airport transfers? ▾
Yes — we offer private airport transfers from Tirana International Airport to your hotel and back. For multiday package guests, transfers are included in the price. Book in advance to guarantee availability.
Do I need a visa to visit Albania? ▾
Citizens of EU/EEA countries, the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and many others can enter Albania visa-free for up to 90 days. For tours to Kosovo or North Macedonia, a passport is required — we'll let you know in the tour details.
