About This Experience
Llogara is a breathtaking mountain range in southern Albania and one of the finest paragliding destinations in the Balkans. At 1,057 metres above sea level, the Llogara Pass offers soaring thermals, panoramic views over the Ionian Sea, and the spectacular Albanian Riviera far below — a landscape that will stay with you forever.
Our tandem paragliding experience is open to everyone — no prior experience required. You fly strapped in front of a certified, experienced pilot who handles everything from launch to landing. All you have to do is run a few steps down the slope, lift your feet, and let the wind carry you into the sky.
The warm Mediterranean climate, clear blue skies, and reliable sea breezes from June to September make Llogara one of the best paragliding spots in the world. Flights typically last 15–30 minutes and reach altitudes of up to 800 metres above the landing zone.

Day Itinerary
- 09:00 — Pick-up from HotelTransfer from your hotel in Vlora, Dhërmi, or Himara to the Llogara Pass launch site.
- 10:00 — Arrive Llogara PassMeet your tandem pilot. Safety briefing, harness fitting, and weather check.
- 10:30 — LaunchShort run down the slope, feet up — and you're airborne! Pilot handles everything from here.
- 10:30–11:00 — Flight15–30 minute flight riding thermals over the Ionian Sea. GoPro recording from launch to landing.
- 11:00 — LandingSmooth landing on the beach below Llogara. Certificate of flight and GoPro footage shared.
- 11:30 — Return TransferTransfer back to your hotel. Optional stop at a local café for coffee and views.
